You will be responsible for engineering, capital investment and maintenance activities and overseeing the development and implementation of engineering initiatives to improve all elements of OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and people development.
- Leading the engineering technical change agenda for the Site, including all the maintenance activities to improve line performance, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles – TPM
- Change management, leadership and stakeholder engagement are the key challenges. xgikmsk
- Drive engineering performance improvements, lead projects, manage multi-million-pound budgets and lead your teams to strive for world-class engineering & Maintenance excellence
- Responsible for setting the engineering strategy, leading engineering activities, maximising production through maintenance of site assets
