A newly created role, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective planned maintenance strategy, repair, problem solving and improvement of assets, working within a group function.
Reporting directly to the Group Reliability Manager, it's a growing team, site and business. You will deliver the Engineering Reliability Maintenance plan in a technical leadership role, empowering the hands-on Reliability Maintenance Engineers to put into action; moving away from a reactive maintenance culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing maintenance effectiveness and machine history to develop reports, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Involvement in numerous safety and data-led projects as the site invests over £100M into its assets.
- Autonomy to develop the function and take the lead in developing the asset care strategy in a hands-on influencing role.
