Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer? This role offers a £70k package plus additional benefits. Would you like to receive a £5k signing-on bonus for your services when you join this Global FMCG manufacturing Company? Would you like to receive a £57k salary package, Time/Half overtime, and an exceptional pension package? The shift pattern will help you transition from one area to the next (time off between shifts).
You will be joining a Global manufacturing leader with a huge number of sites across the Globe, so career development, progression, challenges, reward and development are all ahead of you. The manufacturing factory site you will be joining is world-class, with hundreds of engineers, and you will be maintaining assets that produce Global market leading consumer products.
Key Responsibilities – Multi-Skilled Engineer
- To service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools safely.
- To examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
- Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules.
- Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve the plant performance, including machinery modifications.
Qualifications & Requirements - Multi-Skilled Engineer
- ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, maintenance, or similar manufacturing.
- HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Or the equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.
- FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverages, Manufacturing and chemicals are most welcome.
What we can offer to a Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Full £4,000 training for a multi-skilled engineer as applicable.
- 5% bonus annually.
- £5k signing-on Bonus.
