Salary Package: £52,500 + Package rising after 6 months

Electrical or mechanical bias must be dual skilled

Location: Derbyshire

Recruitment drive due to site automation, expansion and £MM CAPEX Investment

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 8 hour shift rotation plus weekend overtime voluntary

Contract Type: Permanent

You will be joining a Global manufacturing leader, so career development, progression, challenge, reward and development are all ahead of you. The manufacturing factory site you will be joining is world-class, a team of dedicated engineers and you will be maintaining assets that produce instantly recognisable products.

Key Responsibilities – Multi-Skilled Engineer - Maintenance

  • To service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe manner
  • To examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements
  • Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules
  • Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve the plant performance, including machinery modifications
  • Follow and generate PPM's

Qualifications & Requirements - Multi-Skilled Engineer - Maintenance

  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or maintenance or similar manufacturing
  • HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • Or the equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields preferably with a manufacturing background
  • FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage chemicals are most welcome including manufacturing, Fill and Pack ideally
