Client: Global Consumer FMCG Manufacturing Company
Contract Type: Permanent, 8 hour rotating shifts
You will be joining a Global manufacturing and packaging leader with a huge number of sites across the Globe. The manufacturing factory site you will be joining is world-class and you will be maintaining assets that produce market leading consumer products that people buy every second of every day.
Key Responsibilities – Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer- To service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe manner, maintaining process and packaging equipment
- To examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements
- Carry out Planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules
- Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve the plant performance including machinery modifications
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- Reactive and planned maintenance experience gained from process and manufacturing lines
- HND or HNC Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical fields preferably with a manufacturing background
- PLC experience preferred but not essential
Monday to Friday Pattern
Candidates who are currently an Electrical Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance, Shift engineer, Contract Engineer, Electrical engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Packaging Engineer Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance and any equivalent background will be suitable for the role.
