We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Material Handler to support our logistics and order fulfilment operations. This role is critical to ensuring materials and finished goods are received, processed, stored and shipped accurately and on time.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
Salary: circa £26,000 per annum
What You’ll Do:
- Flush and receipt finished goods into the business
- Issue finished goods to works orders
- Create labels for Hummingbird shipments
- Pick customer orders and service requirements
- Pack finished goods for shipment
- Complete cycle counts as part of perpetual inventory control
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety and quality requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within material management
- Support wider operational activities to improve overall performance
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
- Proven experience in packing and shipping
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using ERP systems (not essential)
- A motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong work ethic
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and experience supporting or implementing improvement projects
- Forklift licence or training
- Experience using SAPIATA Dangerous Goods training
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE Grade C (or 3) or above in English, Maths and Science or ONC in Science, Maths or Technology-based subjects

- An onsite interview where you’ll have a site tour, answer some competency-based questions and meet key employees
