We’re now looking for a Marketing Communications Associate to support the delivery of our global marketing communications strategy and help bring our brand to life through digital and internal channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career marketing professional to develop their skills in a collaborative, global environment while working on impactful campaigns and content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of our global marketing communications plan
- Executing day‑to‑day campaign activity, ensuring consistency and quality
- Coordinating marketing assets and ensuring they are on brand and delivered on time
- Managing and supporting social media activity (particularly LinkedIn) in partnership with external agencies
- Creating and coordinating internal communications such as newsletters and company updates
- Repurposing and localising content across digital and internal channels
- Supporting events, exhibitions and marketing activities, including on‑site assistance where required
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to gather technical content, case studies and success stories
- Managing website content updates to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Supporting video and podcast content creation and scheduling
- Helping improve processes, engagement and effectiveness across marketing activity
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Marketing Communications or similar role
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
- Experience using social media for marketing purposes (especially LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Creative thinking and a proactive mindset
- Strong editing and proofreading ability
- A flexible approach and ability to work collaboratively
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Experience planning social media campaigns
- Exposure to marketing campaign planning
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Premiere Pro)
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field or CIM qualification
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is £30,000 – £35,000. Servomex considers several factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, as well as a candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. You’ll enjoy a competitive package that includes a discretionary bonus, a pension plan, with up to 10.5% employer contribution, and 25 days’ annual leave with the option to buy more, plus bank holidays and a company shutdown day.
