This is a full-time, hybrid (office and on-site) role for an Installation Manager - Heating and Electrical, based in the Greater Glasgow Area. You will be managing installations on a Public Sector Framework contract.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing domestic retrofit heating and electrical installation projects – domestic Solar PV, ASHP, Battery and ESH.
- Managing on-site teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver quality installations efficiently.
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and a commitment to high standards in project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in heating, ASHP, electrical installations, and system troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards in construction and installation.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
- Relevant certifications in electrical or heating systems (e.g., NICEIC or Gas Safe qualifications) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for site visits and related travel.
