Assignment Description The Deputy Commissioning Manager shall be responsible to ensure the Contractor executes their work-scope in a safe, efficient and timely manner and that the completed FPSO meets all applicable laws, rules, guidelines and agreements with the Client as per the Contract. With special focus at the critical System commissioning and hand over to Operation Through commissioning supervision team, the Deputy Commissioning Manager shall be responsible for the review and supervision of all commissioning activities in both the Contractor's facilities as well as in any shipyards or facilities where project work is subcontracted. The Deputy Commissioning Manager in tight coordination and alignment with Commissioning Manager and Execution Manager is responsible of day by day activity regarding critical subsystem commissioning and hand over to Operations. Deputyze Commissioning manager during his absence in all his duties. Ensure that relevant activities within the discipline are within the company framework and in conformance with contract requirements, and relevant laws and regulations. Advise on fostering, encouraging and supporting an HSSE self‑starter / proactive; able to multi‑task and still meet deadlines. Flexibility. Ability to independently prioritize tasks. Decision maker.
