Omea is a clinically led health intelligence platform - an operating system for preventive health. The Role

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder and CTO to build the Omea platform from the ground up. This is a greenfield build. You will make the foundational architecture decisions, own the entire technology roadmap and work directly with the founding team on product, science and go-to-market. You will help translate real medical research into a technology platform that improves how people manage their health. As we grow, you will build and lead the engineering team. You are not joining as a hire. You are joining as a co-founder with meaningful equity and a seat at the table. We work closely together, challenge each other openly and make decisions as a team. What We Are Looking For

We would particularly love to hear from candidates with a background in health tech or digital health. If you have built technology that touches clinical data, health recommendations or regulated health environments, you will understand the challenges and opportunities in front of us - and we would value that experience enormously. Beyond that, we are looking for:

  • A track record of building and shipping a product from zero to one, ideally at a startup or early-stage company
  • Strong full-stack engineering capability across modern web frameworks, cloud infrastructure and data architecture
  • Experience with AI/ML in applied settings - recommendation systems, decision support, health data analysis or similar
  • The ability to lead and build an engineering team with a focus on iterative, agile delivery
  • Commercial awareness - you understand how technical decisions connect to product, unit economics and customer experience
  • A genuine interest in preventive health, longevity or helping people take control of their health through data
