Our world-leading Time & Frequency department is seeking a Programme Delivery Coordinator with proven expertise in programme support and stakeholder engagement. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the global authority in precision timing at a defining moment for UK digital infrastructure.
Backed by a government investment of Β£180 million in the National Timing Centre (NTC) programme, we are developing a world-first resilient time distribution capability that will provide industry with a robust complement to satellite systems (such as GPS) β which are increasingly vulnerable to disruption from solar storms, jamming and spoofing. This will underpin essential services, including:
- Telecommunications
- Online banking
- Emergency response
- Transport networks
- Wider digital and data-driven operations
Together, these services form the backbone of modern society - and your leadership will help ensure they remain secure, reliable and robust even if global navigation satellite systems fail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support programme meetings and governance activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, distributing papers, and maintaining action logs.
- Provide administrative support to programme delivery processes by taking accurate meeting minutes, tracking actions, and following up with stakeholders to support timely completion of agreed activities.

- Support project managers with reporting and delivery activities, including updating RAID logs, collating information, and preparing reports and dashboards for review.
- Contribute to effective communication across the programme by drafting routine correspondence, coordinating reporting cycles, and helping to onboard new team members.
- Act as a central coordination point for the project management team, identifying administrative priorities, supporting day-to-day delivery activities, and contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working.
