About the role

Charlotte Tilbury understands the power of makeup like no-one else.

With over 25 years at the forefront of the makeup industry working with the world’s A-list models, celebrities and designers, Charlotte has poured her best-kept secrets into an edited but ‘all you need’ skincare, make-up and fragrance collection.

As part of the Packaging Development team, the Packaging Project Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the project management of all artwork projects.

By working closely with the Artwork, Master Data, Operations, Copy, Product Development and Regulatory teams, you will have a great understanding of the process and working collaboratively.

Guided by the Packaging Project Manager, you will support on projects relating to the brand’s growth and into new markets & territories.

  • As Packaging Project Coordinator you will
  • Coordinate packaging artwork projects relating to renovations, sampling, reworks, and new distributions.
  • Using the artwork management tool ESKO to effectively renovate existing artworks and create overlabels.
  • Coordinate artwork approval processes with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of artwork and proofs.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product Data Management Assistant to coordinate FG SKU, component code and barcode creation requests
  • Support and contribute to the project CPA to ensure packaging artworks are delivered on time.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Keep internal filing up to date with the latest artworks for registration and visual merchandising
  • Cross-functional support by sharing artworks with multiple teams within the business
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with our external suppliers
  • To help maintain the packaging library and archive
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, such as packaging copy, packaging translations and process guides
  • Coordinate label colour approval processes with print suppliers to ensure colour consistency and accuracy.

  • You will report into the Senior Packaging Project Manager.

About you

  • Passionate about packaging & beauty
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, artwork development, and packaging production.
  • Highly organised and enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy throughout the artwork development process.
  • Experience with artwork management tools such as ESKO
  • Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Monday. com or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with product data management systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator who can build effective relationships across cross-functional teams, including NPD, Design, Regulatory, Master Data, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.
  • Team player with great can-do attitude
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where processes and priorities may evolve.
