Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Bartender to join our unique team at our beautiful Flagship store in Piccadilly at our fine dining restaurant 45 Jermyn St. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do:

  • Work alongside the team to ensure the smooth running of the Bar service
  • Ongoing and up to date knowledge of the Wine Cellar, Cocktail menu and all other specialist beverages that the Bar offers
  • Continuous improvement and development of knowledge of all wines, spirits cocktails and beverages served along with any recommended pairings
  • Constantly looking for areas where we can deliver more
  • Commit to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensure that all Bar areas are kept clean, tidy, well stocked and always ready for service
  • Create and deliver an extraordinary customer experience, meeting all targets set
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge of wines, spirits and all beverages served

  • Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service
  • Continuous improvement and development of knowledge of all wines, spirits cocktails and beverages served along with any recommended pairings
