What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll support the successful delivery of our Emerging Talent & Careers programmes, helping to create high‑quality learning experiences across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging inductions and apprentice learning sessions.
- Coordinate programme activity, including enrolments, progress tracking, and review meetings.
- Support apprentices to complete development sessions and business projects alongside their qualifications.
- Work with training providers to ensure consistently high‑quality delivery.
- Support regular performance reviews with learners and managers.
- Analyse programme data to provide clear, accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and operational teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.
- Contribute to new programme development and maintain up‑to‑date careers content.
What You’ll Have:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people development and has:
- Experience coordinating training or apprenticeship programmes (desired).
- Strong organisational, administrative, and task‑management skills.
- Confident and articulate communication skills, including presenting.
