About the team

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

About the role

The Change Manager will be an integral part of the Change Management Office who support the business through change and create a change culture. The role will include using change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increasing adoption and to support the delivery of measurable value.

  • A key member of programme and project teams to provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle on change management activity.
  • Create Change Management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects.
  • Act as a consultant for change management activities within business led change.
  • Completion of change management documentation in line with the framework, these can include and not limited to stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication plan, training plan.
  • Stakeholder management of project teams, business and senior leadership.
  • Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communications.
  • Understand the change impact to the ways of working in the business.
  • Build knowledge and ability of the change in the business by informing training plans and support.
  • Assist with reinforcing and embedding change in the business to realise the intended benefits.
  • Coach change management practices within the team and business.
