Job Description:
Join our AV team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in delivering innovative, audience-first campaigns across TV, Video, Audio and Cinema.
As an AV Account Director, you'll lead a portfolio of clients, developing strategic and creative responses to client challenges while overseeing campaign planning, buying and delivery. You'll ensure commercial agreements and buying commitments are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standards.
You'll build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and championing our Unified Video proposition through compelling presentations, strategic recommendations and market insights.
You'll also lead, coach and support a talented team, fostering collaboration, managing workloads and helping individuals develop their skills and careers.
We're looking for an experienced AV planning and buying professional with excellent client management, communication and leadership skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering impactful work through strong partnerships and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
