We are seeking an exceptional Biddable Associate Director to join OMD UK. This is a unique opportunity to lead the biddable media function, shaping strategy and driving innovation to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and growth of biddable campaigns, while championing best practices and nurturing a high-performing team. As a senior leader, you will foster strong client and media partner relationships and play a pivotal role in the agency’s continued success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set the vision and strategic direction for biddable media across client portfolios, ensuring all activity aligns with broader business and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the planning, activation, and optimisation of biddable campaigns, ensuring best-in-class execution and delivery against client KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with media owners and technology partners, leveraging these partnerships to drive value and innovation for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts across OMD UK to deliver integrated, cross-channel solutions that maximise client outcomes.
