Dockers works with OMD EMEA across Europe, and we are looking for a talented and aspiring specialist in paid search and paid social to take ownership of the day-to-day campaign management and delivery, as part of our wider team of experts. The role sits within our Dockers Performance Media team. You will work with and report into a Paid Search Manager and a Paid Social Manager on the Dockers team to develop and deliver best-in-class performance strategies, and work in collaboration with the wider performance team to ensure the client business objectives are met.

The Paid Search and Social Senior Executive is responsible for executing our Paid Search and Paid Social programmes across the region for Dockers. You will be responsible for executing best-in-class Paid Search and Paid Social strategies, supporting with planning and delivering strategies across branding, performance media and ecommerce, and delivering on Docker’s business priorities. To that end, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of campaign execution, and collaborate with the performance team to drive excellence for Dockers.

  • Executing the test & learn plan for Dockers, and support in identifying testing opportunities
  • Supporting in identifying and delivering growth opportunities
  • High quality, robust and actionable data and performance analysis & reporting
  • You will support with partner management
  • Additionally, you will be a part of the OMD EMEA Performance Community, where we want you to share your expertise and knowledge

Experience in SnapChat, Twitter and Reddit, as well as campaign management platforms such as SA360, is highly beneficial. You will have strong Excel skills.
