As Senior Planning Manager on a global luxury fashion client, you will sit at the heart of one of OMD’s most iconic client partnerships. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of exciting campaigns, building effective media planning solutions and inspiring creative work across our network. This is a role for someone who thrives on pace and partnership – balancing planning excellence with deep brand understanding and exceptional client service.
Based at OMD EMEA’s London HQ, you will be part of the wider Planning Team (25+ members) who work across the agency's clients. This role will be working solely on one client alongside specialists across strategy, performance, operations, and D&T. Beyond London, you’ll also collaborate daily with colleagues across 10+ markets including UK, US, China, Japan and Korea.
At OMD EMEA, we strive to deliver on our promise of ‘better decisions, faster’ for our clients, partners and all 6,000+ OMDers across our region every day. As part of the world’s largest media network, our business is staging experiences for consumers who have more choice and less attention than ever before. The key to the process is empathy: to see the world through the eyes of the consumer, to recognise the needs of our clients and to identify aspirations of our talent.
Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.
Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances.
At OMG, our vision is to be an agency where difference is valued and everyone is able to thrive in a culture of equality, inclusion and belonging. We are committed to providing a truly inclusive environment that reflects today’s society, where everyone is able to bring their true selves to work, and where diverse voices and backgrounds are valued, heard, and well-represented.
