We are looking for an articulate and organised individual with a keen passion for the fast-growing eCommerce and Retail Media discipline. You will help to drive performance on one of our biggest clients and help to build our Retail Media capability at OMD EMEA. You’ll join the agency as an eCommerce (Retail Media) Senior Executive, learning hands-on activation and supporting the Manager and broader team on projects as needed.
For our regional CPG client, you will develop your Retail Media expertise to deliver media planning, manage clients, support local eCommerce markets, follow best in class thinking and share learnings. You will work as part of a wider activation team to deliver integrated work for clients. You will be joining a great team of very talented people who are in search for new ideas, delivering great work and aiming to have fun in the process. You will be working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, and expected to be comfortable managing workloads, deadlines and expectations.
Key Responsibilities- You will have an understanding of media agency business.
- You will be very comfortable managing relationships with clients and colleagues following training.
- You will be expected to confidently present your work to clients and manage feedback following training.
- You will produce MBRs/QBRs/PCAs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive performance improvements.
- You will contribute to ad hoc projects to support broader business objectives.
- You need to be a proactive and curious learner; keen to develop and learn new skills independently and share and collaborate with a wider team.
- Interest in learning and some experience in eCommerce or Digital Activation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Build relationships and be a key POC for the key regional clients.
- You will understand your client’s priorities and challenges and make sure that the work delivered by the team meets these objectives.
- Confident in working to deadlines, managing expectations and facilitating ecommerce projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A can-do attitude with an appetite for learning and development.
