Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution: Support the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including briefing, planning, ideation, talent identification, outreach, contracting, content approvals, delivery, and performance measurement.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise and negotiate with external partners such as media owners, talent agencies, and creative agencies to support holistic campaign planning and messaging.
- Proactive Ideation: Contribute to proactive pitches and proposals for both existing and prospective clients, helping to grow our influencer management offering across the OMD network.
- Performance Analysis: Assist in evaluating campaign results, preparing post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports, and drawing actionable insights to inform future work and drive continuous improvement.

- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients, creators, and internal teams.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ideation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field is a plus.
