Job Description
MG OMD is searching for an experienced PPC Account Director to join their award‑winning team.
This person will work closely with all major search (PPC) platforms to deliver best‑in‑class advertising campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest household brands.
Establishing strong relationships with clients and media partners, collaborating with vendors, and maintaining commercial acumen are critical to the role.
Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of planned strategies, alignment with MG and client business goals, and adherence to commercial agreements.
- Lead and set strategic direction for search across accounts, mapping growth opportunities through the search maturity framework and incorporating the latest practices, products, and approved vendors.
- Advocate strategic direction to clients and stakeholders, ensuring PPC aligns with other paid media activities.
- Provide ad‑hoc support for new business pitches to drive agency growth.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management, including onboarding new members and fostering specialist growth.
Qualifications
- Full confidence in paid search knowledge and ability to recommend strategies & tactics to clients.
- Solid experience managing integrated search campaigns and delivering work on time and to high standard.
- In‑depth working knowledge of the Google Ads platform; experience with SA360 and other bid‑management platforms is a bonus.
