The O2 Brand team sits at the centre of one of the UK’s most dynamic and culturally relevant brands. We work primarily across all ATL communications, partnering closely with channel specialists to deliver integrated, insight-driven, strategic, awareness driving campaigns. The client team operates as the strategic and operational hub of the account: translating client ambition into clear briefs for specialist teams, shaping campaign responses & presenting to clients, and ensuring best-in-class delivery from planning through to reporting.

  • Owner of media plan packs and finance processes.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for defined elements of the account
  • Manage expectations with clients and internal teams
  • Translate client feedback clearly and efficiently into specialist actions
  • Build strong, collaborative working relationships
  • Man mark clients of the same level

Process & Organisation

  • Ensure financial tracking is accurate and aligned with budgets
  • Adhere to established processes while identifying opportunities to improve or streamline ways of working
  • Be proactive in identifying risks or delivery challenges early

Reporting & Learning

  • Support in gathering and interpreting campaign results
  • Work with specialists to build post-campaign reports
  • Help translate results into actionable learning
  • Build knowledge across channels with the ambition to eventually run your own campaigns

  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong instinct to sense-check and quality-control work
  • Curious and motivated to understand how media works end-to-end
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Commercially aware and interested in how media drives business outcomes
  • Basic financial confidence and budget tracking

Desirable Knowledge Includes
