We are looking for an experienced media planning leader to drive strategic excellence across Healthcare and Skincare categories, partnering with some of the most sophisticated brands in Europe. This role sits at the intersection of global strategy and local market delivery, shaping integrated media solutions that deliver both commercial impact and category leadership.

You will work closely with regional and local market teams, guiding planning approaches, elevating output quality, and helping clients navigate an increasingly complex media landscape—particularly across emerging and addressable channels.

What You'll Do
  • Lead integrated media planning strategies across European markets, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and innovation.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients within Healthcare and Skincare, bringing deep category understanding and future‑focused thinking.
  • Develop and mentor planners, supporting team growth, capability building and leadership progression.
  • Champion innovation across channels including CTV, BVOD, SVOD, and AI‑driven optimisation, embedding test‑and‑learn approaches into planning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to translate international strategy into strong local execution.

We have a hybrid working model: three days in the office, two days working remotely. Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to accommodate individual working‑day preferences.
