About The Role
Data Transformation & Tech is the data analytics and insights team at OMD EMEA. This role sits within the Data Management and Visualisation discipline of the broader Marketing Intelligence team, leading the development of high‑impact, client‑facing dashboards and reporting solutions for our newly won Shark Ninja EMEA remit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of visual dashboards and automated reporting solutions that translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all media activity follows best‑practice guidelines and complex processes, monitoring and reinforcing these practices across the OMD network in EMEA and beyond.
- Communicate and coordinate data‑related initiatives across OMD markets and partner agencies, resolving errors and identifying opportunities to optimise projects.
- Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, develop scopes of work, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of visualisation projects.
- Mentor junior team members while presenting solutions and insights to the wider agency.
- Collaborate with data experts to develop innovative data solutions, leveraging ETL processes and cloud‑based backend data architecture.
Qualifications
- Strong media experience reporting on large‑scale campaigns across multiple ad‑servers and a deep understanding of the media environment.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and familiarity with cloud‑based data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to showcase achievements to senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience in a media or marketing agency setting, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and juggling priorities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
