Executive Director, Performance

Job Overview
We are seeking an executive director to join our agency team dedicated to a top technology client. You will be a leading force in a growing performance team, responsible for driving results and serving as a conduit between central digital teams, local planning teams, and our clients across the globe. This role will give exposure to all digital performance media, with a large focus on a variety of Connected TV display environments. A performance mindset with a history of collaborating with multiple teams and using data to drive results is a must.
Responsibilities
- Drive Digital Performance: work with digital channel teams (search, social, programmatic, direct & CTV) to ensure consistent, best‑in‑class campaign setup, execution, and optimisation.
- Insight Reporting & Optimisation Coordination: regularly analyze media, onsite & app data to surface campaign‑specific and business insights; put together optimisation plans and ensure implementation; regularly assess and feedback on in‑platform optimisations within each channel.
- Client Leadership: act as the main client point of contact across multichannel digital performance campaigns; deliver in‑flight, QBR and PCA performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ad Operations, Technical & Creative Coordination: ensure technical teams (e.g. Ad‑Ops, Marketing Science) have all required information to run always‑on campaigns; coordinate creative changes, DCO setup and correct tracking.
- Digital Innovation: generate digital channel roadmaps, optimisation frameworks and develop innovative targeting options to achieve excellent results in challenging platforms.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, connecting with industry professionals worldwide; reports to the Managing Partner, Performance and oversees two direct reports.
Qualifications
- History of driving success in performance‑heavy campaigns across one or more channels, with broad understanding of all channels.
- Highly skilled at analyzing data and surfacing actionable insights.
- Knowledge of all digital media KPIs and basic knowledge of how to achieve them.
- Regularly presents to and communicates with digital‑friendly clients; able to think on feet.
- Ability to turn complex technical problems and detailed campaign analysis into succinct client communications.
- Innately proactive, always pursuing new ways of bettering campaigns and improving performance reporting.
- Confident managing and educating other team members, including direct reports and wider agency members.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of the ad tech landscape.
- Experience with the CTV landscape and buying types a bonus but not required.
- Comfortable in an agency environment.

Flexible Working
We have a hybrid working model: three days in the office in London and two days working remotely. Core hours are 10:30–16:30 with flexibility around them.
