Overview
As Executive Director, Client Leadership, you’ll act as a trusted senior advisor to key client stakeholders, leading long‑term partnerships and driving both client and agency growth. You’ll oversee large‑scale, multi‑market accounts, ensuring high‑impact media strategies are aligned to business objectives and delivered with excellence across all channels. You’ll work closely with strategy, media, creative, analytics, and global teams to develop integrated solutions, define KPIs, and optimise performance. A core part of the role is identifying opportunities to grow accounts through expanded services, new initiatives, and joint business planning. You’ll also lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and a strong performance culture.

- Senior Director level (or equivalent) with deep experience in media strategy, planning, buying, and optimisation across digital, TV, social, OOH, and more.
- Experience working with multinational clients across markets and time zones.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies including AI; motivated by building strong teams and relationships.
