Director, Paid Social (B2B) – Fixed Term

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns for our clients. You will manage a team of specialists located both onshore in the UK and offshore in India, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and use data‑driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns across platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Meta, with emerging tests on Reddit, TikTok, etc.), ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and performance targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives, identifying key opportunities to maximise impact.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for content optimisation.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, maintaining accurate documentation of plans, budgets, and metrics.
- Act as the primary client point of contact for social media strategy, campaign plans, and performance reporting, serving as a consultant to SAP and supporting technology decisions.
- Mentor and lead a team of specialists and content creators, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.
- Experience working with Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics, or comparable platforms, is preferred.

Work Environment
Flexible hybrid working model: three days a week in the London office, remainder remote. Standard hours 9:30–17:30 with flexibility around core hours 10:30–16:30.
