The role sits within the WEM (Western Europe Market) Philips team and involves working closely with our 17 countries to enable the next phase of business and digital transformation for Philips. You will work and report into Executive Director and work in collaboration with the integrated Philips WEM team to ensure the client business objectives are met. The Director is responsible for supporting our Western Europe Market (WEM) team across Personal Health for Philips. You will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end plan for the Oral Health Care Category for Philips. Philips operate with an integrated Omnicom agency model; this role is responsible for bringing together disciplines to deliver an integrated strategy for Philips across Media, PR and Influencers across the full funnel. You will lead the planning integration of a team of disciplines across strategy, media, digital, PR, IM and measurement. This role is key to connecting teams and driving collaboration to have a seamless plan which the 17 markets can then deploy.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with a proven background in performance media to deliver best service for Philips. Responsibilities- Key stakeholder management across Philips WEM team
- Delivery of integrated annual plan for Philips Male Grooming and Beauty categories
- Defining the key priorities and workstreams for Philips at a WEM Category level, and collaborating with the countries to translate and deploy
- Driving collaboration between the different OMC teams and agencies for Philips to deliver against client objectives
- Connection and collaboration across the local countries
- Demonstrable experience of media planning, ideally with a deep knowledge of cross discipline planning including PR & or Influencer marketing
- Ability to manage the end-to-end planning process from briefing through to activation
- Able to translate trends and consumer insights into strategic planning decisions
- You will help the client shape their measurement agenda supporting Philips in connecting KPIs to business outcomes
- Familiar with MMM and Brand Equity tracking and able to use outputs to inform planning decisions
- You will understand the role of different channels across the full-funnel and how to lead teams to deliver an integrated plan
- You will be the guardian of the Male Grooming and Beauty categories, ensuring all local market plans align with the overall strategy and guidelines for activation and are consistent with the WEM brand strategy
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple departments and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of agency ecosystem
