We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Social Account Manager to help grow OMD UKβs Agile Activation Unit. As a key member of this highly visible team, you will be responsible for supporting the teams Business Director lead in the management of resources deployed to our most critical accounts during key seasonal demand periods, annual planning briefs, new business wins, holiday cover, and other high-priority situations.
We expect you to bring strong technical abilities, client facing experience and a track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Working with some of the most innovative and exciting Brands in the industry and alongside our award winning specialist teams. This dynamic and exciting role requires first class core craft expertise, critical problem solver, and a keen eye for detail to deliver rapid and effective solutions.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 β 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 β 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day.
