About The Role
The award-winning, unique to the market, Media Planning team has been built with a real focus on the core craft of media planning. As part of the Connected Performance department, the team is responsible for maximising the effectiveness of each and every plan through customer centric planning. They will dedicate their time to creating integrated media solutions that combine in-channel planning craft and cross-channel audience understanding with creativity at their heart.
As an Associate Director in the Media Planning team, you will bring a wealth of experience in media planning and managing workstreams, coupled with a passion for the evolving media landscape. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our planning output, ensuring that every solution is innovative, effective, and tailored to your clients’ needs.
Your expertise will empower you to oversee the day‑to‑day management of accounts, guiding and mentoring your team with the support of your Business Director to foster strong relationships across clients, other OMD departments, and media partners. You will possess a deep understanding of media channels and planning principles, with proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Your collaborative approach will see you working across all agency departments to deliver creative, data‑driven planning solutions that maintain strategic integrity from planning through to execution. You will champion quality, consistency and efficiency to ensure the ongoing delivery of outstanding media plans that transform clients’ businesses.
Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We offer a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), with standard working hours of 9:30 – 17:30 and flexibility to adjust around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30.
