A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Media Planning Manager to join OMD UK. This role will work within our Connected Performance Media Planning team delivering cross media planning across multiple high‑profile accounts. As a Manager in the Connections Planning team, you will have a background in planning, bringing media expertise and enthusiasm to the role. You will already have experience in supporting the day‑to‑day activities of an account or accounts. Your experience will enable you to support the day‑to‑day internal and external relationships and outputs (i.e. strategies/rationales, plans, reports) with the support of your team and line manager.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrable expertise in cross‑media landscape with robust channel planning knowledge

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely). Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high‑need periods and individual circumstances.
