We’re looking for a dynamic AV Associate Director to join our Connected Performance department. You will be a key member of the team, leading the planning and activation of effective cross‑channel audio and video campaigns on Aviva.

  • Drive Campaign Success: Lead your team in planning and delivering outstanding TV, video, cinema and audio campaigns that exceed client expectations and enable commercial success for the agency.
  • Nurture Strong Relationships: Work closely with media suppliers to stay ahead of the latest product innovations and ensure exceptional campaign management.
  • Focus on Detail: Keep a sharp eye on budgets and delivery, ensuring everything is tightly controlled and accurately reported.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Be a vital part of the AV activation team, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork and working closely with wider agency colleagues.
  • Manage Finances: Oversee financial processes to ensure campaigns are booked accurately and billed smoothly.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the fast‑paced AV media market trends to shape innovative and competitive campaign plans.

Flexible Working

Omnicom Media Group offers a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely). Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility to adjust around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30. Employees can start from 8:30 to 10:30 and finish from 16:30 to 18:30, allowing them to balance professional and personal commitments.
