About the Role:
You’ll join the Sony Pictures team as our Paid Social Manager, leading and owning the international Paid Social activity for the account, with the help of our account executives/senior executives who will benefit from your guidance and support throughout the process. You will be encouraged to drive innovation through new methods and ideas that can improve client performance, as well as team operations where needed. Lastly (but not least), you’ll be joining a great team of very talented people who are in search for new ideas, delivering great work and aiming to have fun in the process.
You’ll be responsible for managing our international Paid Social campaigns for Sony Pictures across a maximum of 73 markets. Through doing this you’ll be liaising with clients, building strategies, working with other teams within the business and with our team to drive efficiencies and performance of our paid social activity.
The role of Paid Social Manager sits within the Performance pillar of our team’s media hub. You will be working alongside our Paid Search and Programmatic specialists, who sit alongside our Partnerships hub to create a best-in-class media services group. The full media group are based in London, and are connected to our client-embedded Strategy & Data Analytics specialists.

Requirements:
- Substantial experience with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit).
- Media agency experience is not essential, but preferred.
- You need to be comfortable working across Awareness and Consideration campaigns.
- You need to be comfortable with regular client communication and recommend how to apply your specialism to help Sony Pictures grow their business.
- Having a keen eye on emerging social platforms, products, and trends is key – and communicating opportunities internally and to clients is essential.
- Experience working on global accounts is a plus.
- Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget pacing and performance is met – good Excel skills are essential.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, as well as TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Twitter.
- Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills.
- Hands on experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
