About the Role: You’ll join the Search team as a Manager for some of our biggest commercial clients, leading both B2C and B2B functions of their always-on and seasonal PPC activity. This is a new role for new clients in Odeon and Crunchyroll, who are hungry for innovation, agility and excellence in implementation. Key projects will include leading search planning and implementation operations within the team, being primary POC with the central and local clients while working closely with the strategic lead to deploy innovative GTM approaches for brand, loyalty and movie titles across Europe. Reporting into the Performance Director, you will lead all PPC efforts for our clients across Europe, including activation, while partnering with multiple disciplines and capabilities within OMD EMEA and OMG to propose and deliver new revenue streams for the business while strengthening our overall partnership across the entirety of our clients. Requirements: Experience in managing / activating international paid search media accounts on multiple engines. Expert in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools like Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ads 360 etc. Experience in mentoring & training junior team members. Google Ads & Bing Ads certified. Certification in bid management platforms is beneficial. Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget monitoring and performance is met – good Excel skills are essential. Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis. You will be an expert in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights. You will have experience in creating presentations for clients and feel comfortable presenting. You will also have good relationships with key partners and be up to date on their latest products. You will be able to work with other digital teams and feel comfortable discussing how search advertising fits into the overall marketing mix. You will be able to put forward recommendations and forecasts and showcase to the client how this activity contributes to their KPIs.
