About the Role:
You’ll join the Burberry team as a Senior Manager with experience in paid social. This includes managing and owning international paid social campaigns with the help of our account managers and executives who will benefit from your guidance and support throughout the process. Lastly (but not least), you’ll be joining a great team of very talented people who are in search for new ideas, delivering great work and aiming to have fun in the process.
We are looking for an energetic, optimistic and creative problem-solver Senior Manager to join our performance team at OMD EMEA, working on one of our biggest luxury retail clients. This covers liaison with clients on paid social campaigns across, Meta, Reddit and TikTok as well as supporting the specialist teams in campaign management including implementation, optimisation, analysis and insights building.

- You will have proven experience managing social marketing/advertising accounts. Experience working across international clients is a bonus!
- Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget monitoring and performance is met – good Excel skills are essential.
- Experience in managing / activating across multiple Social platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the paid social advertising. Ideally Facebook blueprint certified.
- Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
- You will lead our social advertising strategy for your clients, working alongside the Director.
- You will be an expert in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights.
- You will have experience in creating presentations for clients and feel comfortable presenting.
- You will be an expert in using our platforms and enable to quickly extract information and train junior team members.
- You will also have good relationships with key partners and be up to date on their latest products.
- You will be able to work with other digital teams and feel comfortable discussing how social advertising fits into the overall marketing mix.
- You will be able to put forward recommendations and forecasts and showcase to the client how this activity contributes to their KPIs.
