Meet the Reception Team. Our Member Experience team are front and centre of it all, buzzing off our nightclub-meets-fitness-club vibe and inspiring members to feel the same. Early mornings and late nights are part of the shift, and the team consistently delivers energy and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Be everyone’s pal, friendly, chatty and professional to whoever you greet.
  • Make every Gymbox Member Experience one that makes you feel great too.
  • Never leave anyone in the lurch, in club or on the phone.
  • Handle cash intake, admin and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Be an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox.

Qualifications and skills

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Outstanding organisation and communication skills.
  • Punctuality, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to commit to the following shift times: EARLY 5:30–14:30; MIDDLE 11:00–20:00; LATE 14:15–23:15; WEEKEND shifts between 07:30 and 20:15.

Shift patterns / Contracts

  • 16 hpw: 2 shifts per week
  • 24 hpw: 3 shifts per week
  • 32 hpw: 4 shifts per week
