Responsibilities:

• Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll engage with the people who use what you build learning to understand their real challenges and helping transform those insights into solutions.
• This process may involve prototyping ideas, seeking feedback, and iterating under guidance from senior team members.
• You’ll develop a strong appreciation for privacy, quality, security and accessibility standards.
• You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, learn from colleagues in adjacent teams, and contribute to resolving support issues to maintain an excellent experience for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Foundational programming knowledge in one or more modern languages such as Java, Swift, Go, Rust, or C#.
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns).
• Familiarity with database concepts (Relational, NoSQL).
• An interest in security and awareness of common security principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to DevOps concepts, cloud architectures, or containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker) - through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
• Awareness of observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana).
• Hands-on experience with using AI for development and/or building AI-based tools.
• Eagerness to build relationships with colleagues across different functions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Final-year students or recent graduates (up to 1 year post-graduation) are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant internship, placement, or personal project experience is valued.
