Coinbase is seeking a Risk & Monitoring Analyst IV on the Operational Risk and Controls (ORC) team within Global Financial Crimes Operations (GFCO). You will own QA reviews of TMS investigations that support AML/CFT, strengthening consistency and surfacing gaps across Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and L&D to drive improvements.
The role requires 6+ years in QA/audit for financial services, ACAMS or equivalent AML qualification, and proven ability to present QA findings to senior leaders.
