We are strengthening our Sales GeoExpansion team and we are seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to bring their change leadership expertise to the team.
You will be an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, proven leadership skills and excellent social skills. The role is highly reciprocal, requiring deep levels of partnership and influential working relationships. You’ll be responsible for leading complex strategic projects and focused initiatives, building and expanding our business infrastructure and growing the markets within which Apple operates.

You will lead multiple strategic projects from initial feasibility & requirements through to implementation. You will lead large cross-functional teams to design and set up new infrastructure in emerging markets touching virtually all areas of Apple’s business. A deep appreciation of business context, and a balance of commercial, operational and technical understanding are required along with an ability to operate autonomously in a matrixed organisation.
- Autonomously run programmes and projects of varying scale and complexity
- Lead cross-functional teams with consultative direction from management
- Identify and clarify cross-functional business requirements
- Review business requirements, ensure clarity and establish expectations for services requested
- Facilitate process development and clarification across functions to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resource and cost
- Anticipate issues and handle risks
- Prioritise team activities and drive resolution of issues/dependencies across the project
- Effectively communicate status and issues to team members, management and other project partners
- Run project governance processes in EMEIA & WW (Project, Programme, Sponsors & Steering)
- Manage the course of a project flexibly, appropriately adapting approach and methods used as the initiative unfolds
- Interact directly with EMEIA Leadership to effectively steer projects in line with business priorities
- Drive best practice initiatives, fostering an environment of continual learning and improvement
- Be an Expert Project / Programme Management across EMEIA, acting as consultant to support other teams and contributing to best practice across Apple Worldwide
Minimum Qualifications
- In-depth relevant experience leading large and highly complex programmes and projects
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and consumer focus
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and analytical skills in a changing and dynamic environment
- Previous leadership skills including experience leading suppliers and vendors
- Previous experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives
- Experience partnering with internal customers to achieve goals as a virtual team, including strong program and project management of complex issues
- Extraordinary verbal and written communications skills, including presenting to executives
- Strong analytical capabilities, should have the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data to executive level
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively
- You will have a strong eye for business coupled with an understanding of the business partners' work and goals
- Thrives in a dynamic environment
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Solid work ethic with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
