Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life‑saving work. The best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.
About the Job
As a Production Manager, you are the production engine behind the delivery of Omaze’s House a Month (HAM) campaigns and related creative output—with a particular focus on the non‑TVC asset suite that brings each campaign to life across channels, including social‑first, ambassador and partnership content, reveals, and supporting deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end production lifecycle for the campaign’s non‑TVC deliverables, ensuring every asset—social content, ambassador content, cutdowns/versions, and winner/charity reveals—is delivered on time.
- Manage production of HAM campaign non‑TVC outputs from pre‑production through to final delivery.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables across all content outputs.
- Ensure all campaign assets—hero films, ambassador content, social, winner and charity reveals—are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard.
- Lead production execution day‑to‑day, managing a Production Coordinator and working closely with the Senior Production Manager to optimise delivery.
- Operate as the production lead within a cross‑functional squad (Brand, Creative, Social, etc.), acting as the key production partner for alignment, clarity, and momentum.
- Lead shoots end‑to‑end: plan, manage crews, suppliers, locations, schedules, logistics, and post‑production, troubleshooting in real‑time on set.
- Line‑manage and develop a Production Coordinator, delegating effectively while maintaining oversight.
- Maintain production documentation, schedules, and status tracking across all projects.
- Manage campaign‑level production budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising creative quality; collaborate on forecasting, approvals, and supplier negotiations.
- Work with external production partners, agencies, and freelancers to deliver campaign outputs, ensuring high standards and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency, and output quality, helping embed scalable processes within the squad model.
- Contribute to building a best‑in‑class in‑house production capability.
Qualifications
- Strong experience managing end‑to‑end productions across film, social, and branded content.
- Ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing detail.
- Confidence leading shoots and making decisive decisions in high‑pressure environments.
- A proactive, solutions‑first mindset—anticipating problems before they arise.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external partners effectively.
- Strong communication skills, aligning cross‑functional teams.
- A natural leadership style—capable of managing and developing junior team members.
- A passion for creating high‑quality, impactful content at pace.
- Experience with on‑location shoots—small and large.
Benefits
- Generous stock options scheme
- 25 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays
- Private medical and dental insurance
- 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%
- Generous personal learning and development budget each year for training courses, conferences and professional memberships
