That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work. And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

About The Job: You’ll play a key role in helping bring our campaigns to life by supporting the delivery of high-impact, joy-filled content across a range of formats. Working closely with the Production Manager, and supporting the Senior Production Manager and Production Lead, you’ll develop your production skillset in a supportive, fast-paced and creative environment. This is the perfect role if you're looking to step up, take ownership, and grow into running productions from end to end. You’ll be someone who loves organisation, thrives under pressure and takes pride in seeing a shoot through from brief to wrap.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and production support across all types of shoots.
  • Support the development and delivery of influencer-led content.
  • Take ownership of social-first video shoots from planning through to post-production.
  • Manage elements of larger productions, including Local Impact Shoots, Circle Backs, Winner Reveals and Charity Reveals.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of Germany-based social content shoots.
  • Help implement process improvements in how we plan and execute social productions.
  • Contribute to production documentation, scheduling, shoot logistics and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Book crew resources, kit equipment and arrange logistics for travel and accommodation.
  • Provide day-to-day support when office based, ensuring processes are followed, documentation is correctly completed.
  • Work with external production partners and vendors on SOWs, rates and invoices.
  • Continuously learn and grow, with the aim of leading full production projects within 6 months.

About You: You’ll be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once with ease. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments and bring energy and focus to every shoot. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership in your work. You’ll be confident working cross-functionally, communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners. You’ll be a natural problem-solver, always thinking ahead and ready to jump in where needed. You’ll be keen to learn, grow and develop your production skills quickly. You’ll be passionate about creating content that inspires and makes a difference. You’ll be excited by the opportunity to step up and take the lead on your own projects. You’ll have experience on location shoots - small and large.

What’s In It For You:

  • Generous stock options scheme
  • 25 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%
  • A generous personal learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships
  • Personal equipment budget to work from home
  • Enhanced family leave policies
