Omaze is seeking a Payments Operations lead to own reconciliation, dunning, vendor relationships, and the health of our payments ecosystem.
You’ll manage the subscriber payment lifecycle from authorisation through settlement, handle refunds, and maintain runbooks for payment incidents.
As the primary owner for Stripe and Shopify Subscriptions, you will optimise the full dunning cycle and build automated reconciliation tools with Engineering or BI.
