What You’ll Be Doing
- Rapid prototyping: Turn early-stage game and product concepts into clickable, testable prototypes. Create lightweight web and app experiences using tools such as Figma, Framer, no-code platforms, AI-assisted workflows, or lightweight front-end approaches. Rapidly iterate prototypes based on feedback and learnings. Balance speed and usability to help teams validate ideas quickly.
- User testing & discovery: Run fast, lightweight user testing sessions to validate usability, engagement, and appeal. Conduct informal research sessions with internal and external participants. Synthesize insights into clear recommendations and next steps. Help shape hypotheses and identify the most valuable experiments to run.
- AI-enabled product exploration: Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate concept generation, UI scaffolding, copy, image creation, and iteration workflows. Help reduce reliance on engineering during early-stage discovery. Explore new tooling and workflows that improve experimentation speed and learning quality.
About You
We’re less interested in perfect backgrounds and more interested in people who can move quickly, learn fast, and build useful things independently. You may currently work as a:

- Startup or Product Generalist
We’d love to see:
- Strong Figma and rapid prototyping skills.
- The ability to create clear, usable experiences quickly rather than polished final UI.
- Curiosity about user behaviour and confidence speaking to users directly.
- A bias towards action, experimentation, and learning through iteration.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving ideas.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern prototyping workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a startup, innovation, or zero-to-one product environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Framer, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Webflow, v0, Bolt, or similar.
- Experience conducting lightweight usability testing or discovery research.
- Basic front-end development understanding.
