You’ll join a team focused on helping Apple scale through innovative solutions and seamless partner integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other technical teams to develop and enhance existing platforms and solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading requirements analysis, project planning, design discussions and status reporting. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough business analysis and capture new requirements or enhancements
  • Track and report on multiple concurrent projects - including timelines, risks and status updates
  • Create technical documentation and training material
  • Interact with and present to stakeholders at different levels and across geographical regions
  • Assist support teams on complex tickets by logically thinking through problems and providing guidance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expertise in the creation of project plans, management of risks and status reporting
  • Strong facilitation skills to support requirements gathering, design meetings and workshops
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas
  • Eagerness and the ability to build relationships with colleagues across different functions and timezones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience working with database technologies (Relational, NoSQL)
  • Proven experience in an IT project management role, preferably delivering web applications across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to build and develop strong partnerships with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience managing distributed development teams
