Who We Are: At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love. Thanks to our Omaze Community, we've raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That's millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work. And the best part? We're only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

About The Job: The Legal team at Omaze is responsible for protecting the company's interests while enabling the business to move quickly, responsibly, and compliantly. We're looking for a Legal & Operations Analyst to support the Legal team with hands-on legal work while continuously improving how legal operations are run across the business. You'll work closely with teams such as Marketing, CX and Product, support data privacy and international legal research, and help manage risk in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment. You'll also take ownership of legal and legal operations projects that help the team scale effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for legal queries from the business, including from Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Finance.
  • Owning legal and legal-operations projects end-to-end, from scoping through to delivery, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting data privacy and GDPR-related work, including internal queries, and compliance initiatives.
  • Building and improving legal processes, workflows, and ways of working, with a strong focus on using technology, automation, and AI tools.
  • Developing and managing legal templates, trackers, documentation, and internal resources.
  • Coordinating with external counsel where required and supporting related workstreams.
  • Supporting corporate governance, group-level legal work, and broader Legal team priorities.

About You: You have at least 3 years' experience working with legal teams, ideally within a fast-growing, tech-enabled business. You have working knowledge of and a strong interest in automation, legal tech, and AI, and you are curious about using those tools to improve how legal teams operate. You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You enjoy working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with non-legal stakeholders. You're willing to take on both strategic process improvement work and the detailed legal tasks that keep the business running. Experience supporting data privacy, legal tech tools, or international legal research is nice to have, but not essential. A law degree (LLB) or a law conversion course (e.g. GDL) is also helpful but not essential.

What’s In It For You:

  • Generous stock options scheme
  • 25 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%
  • A generous personal learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships
  • Personal equipment budget to work from home
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Life assurance of 4x your salary
