Apple's Silicon Technologies team is seeking a GPU Electrical Analysis engineer to help define a power grid specification that balances power integrity targets with PNR performance for high‑end GPU designs. You will work closely with the Physical Design group to drive on‑die power switch topology and wake‑up schemes.
You will develop test structures, automation, and analytics for electrical challenges, perform PI, EM, and ESD analyses, and communicate needs across cross‑functional teams.
