  • Own the orchestration of internal and external participants and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Serve as the primary host and guide for customers and partners throughout their EBC journey.
  • Present key content and facilitate groups of 5 to 50 participants, synthesizing and adapting real‐time to ensure a briefing achieves its goals and resonates with the customer.
  • Deliver a customer experience that is uniquely Apple, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Capture end‐of‐day feedback and share with the account team and sales leadership to drive follow‐up and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness in all customer and partner interactions.
  • Identify the content and experiences that resonate with customers, and maintain a feedback loop to inform future briefings.
  • Stay up‐to‐date on the latest briefing center innovations, and maintain technical acumen to address in‐the‐moment issues with AV, Apple devices, and collaboration tools.
