Who We Are: At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love. Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £150 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work. And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.
About The Job: We’re looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to help scale one of Omaze’s most important growth channels. Creators sit at the heart of every Million Pound House Draw campaign, helping us acquire new customers through engaging, platform-native content that drives both brand awareness and performance marketing results. Working within the Growth team, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving a best-in-class creator programme that consistently delivers measurable commercial impact.
Working closely with the Senior Creator Marketing Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of 25–40 creator partnerships for every monthly house launch. You’ll balance multiple overlapping campaigns while ensuring creators have an exceptional experience, from initial outreach through to content delivery. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM and Production to identify the creators, ideas and content that resonate most with our audiences. You’ll also dig into campaign and creative performance to understand what’s driving results, identify opportunities and continually improve how we work.
If you’re excited by the creator economy, love combining creative thinking with data, and enjoy testing, learning and optimising, you’ll thrive in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of 25–40 creator partnerships for each monthly Million Pound House Draw launch.
- Sourcing and evaluating creators who align with our brand, audiences and commercial objectives.
- Managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously, ensuring a brilliant experience from outreach and briefing through to content delivery.
- Turning consumer insights, creator trends and cultural moments into clear, inspiring creative briefs.
- Working closely with creators to develop platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Analysing creator, creative and campaign performance to identify what’s driving results and turn those insights into actionable recommendations.
- Testing new creators, creative approaches, hooks and formats to continually improve campaign performance.
- Working closely with Performance Marketing to understand how creator content performs in paid media and optimise future creative accordingly.
- Supporting creator productions, including coordinating shoot logistics and overseeing creators on set alongside senior team members.
- Collaborating with Brand, CRM, Production and Performance Marketing to ensure creator activity supports wider campaign objectives.
About You: You’re passionate about the creator economy and understand that brilliant creator marketing is as much about commercial performance as it is creative storytelling. You’re naturally curious and always online, with a strong understanding of what makes content work across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Crucially, you’re also excited by the data behind the creative. You enjoy digging into performance, spotting patterns and using insights to understand why something worked – and what we should test next.
You’ll bring:
- A proactive and accountable approach. You take ownership, show initiative and know when to escalate or ask for support.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, stakeholders and deadlines at once.
- A collaborative and adaptable working style, with confidence operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- A genuine passion for creator marketing and a strong understanding of the UK creator economy.
- A finger on the pulse of creator trends, platform updates, cultural moments and emerging talent.
- Experience managing creator campaigns that contribute to paid marketing performance.
- Experience sourcing creators who align with both brand objectives and commercial goals.
- Strong creative judgement and the ability to translate consumer insights and social trends into clear, inspiring briefs.
- A deep understanding of platform-native content, storytelling and the visual and verbal hooks that drive engagement.
- Confidence analysing creator and campaign performance data, digging into results and using your findings to optimise future campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple creator relationships, from initial outreach through to content delivery.
- Experience supporting creator productions, including coordinating shoot logistics and overseeing creators on set.
- A commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for testing, learning and continually improving performance.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience using creator marketing platforms such as GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Tagger or Modash.
- Experience working closely with Paid Social teams to optimise creator assets for performance marketing.
- Existing relationships with UK creators, talent managers or agencies.
What’s In It For You: Generous stock options scheme, 25 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays, private medical and dental insurance, 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%, a generous personal learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships, enhanced family leave policies, life assurance of 4x your salary.
