About The Job

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this senior-level Creative Director position will be pivotal in ensuring a consistent, cohesive, and impactful visual brand across all platforms. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive Creative Direction experience and significant expertise in producing and editing compelling performance-driven advertising, alongside ones that elevate the Omaze brand. The Creative Director will work with Brand and Property teams to shape the visual identity of video and photo content at Omaze, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality creative outputs that inspire and engage our audience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Brand and Creative Leadership: Oversee the delivery of all video and photo content at Omaze, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and platforms. Provide strong Creative Direction for video and photo promotional and brand assets, inspiring and guiding creative teams in producing exceptional work. Work closely with the Brand Lead (messaging) and VP of Property (house selection and design) to develop and deliver standout creative concepts across TV, digital, CRM and social media campaigns, while partnering with dedicated cross-functional Tiger Teams to drive new strategic initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Content and Production Oversight: Collaborate with the Senior Production Manager and external partners to execute high-quality TV commercials, brand, digital and social content. Collaborate with the Brand Lead, VP of Property, Marketing Director and CMO & UK Managing Director to ensure a streamlined creative development process from ideation to execution, ensuring all assets align with Omaze’s brand codes, position and goals. Approve all video and photo creative deliverables, including TV, radio and cinema commercials, digital assets, charity, winner and local and charity impact content. Apply a deep understanding of the production and editing process to deliver polished, impactful visual assets that are performance-driven and brand-elevating.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Property & Partnerships, Brand, Marketing, Communications, Social and Product to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual messaging. Partner with the Insight and Analysis teams to drive a test-and-adapt approach, refining video and photo content strategies through audience insights and campaign performance data. Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of Assistant Creative Directors, Senior Creatives, editors, graphic designers, videographers, and external creative partners. Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, encouraging innovation while maintaining high standards.

About You

  • Extensive experience in Creative Direction at a senior level, with a proven portfolio of successful campaigns across TV, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Considerable on-set experience providing creative direction, working closely with directors, production crews, talent and agency partners to deliver exceptional creative.
  • Significant expertise in concepting, directing and shaping high-quality, performance-driven TV commercials that also build brand equity.
  • A working knowledge of social media video trends and ability to adapt creative choices to deliver the best content for each channel, while maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Considerable experience in Art Direction of still and digital assets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading both brand and performance marketing, creating distinctive creative that builds long-term brand equity while delivering measurable commercial results which align with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams toward excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across teams and levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management abilities, able to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • A creative visionary with a keen eye for design detail and storytelling, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creative development, streamline production workflows and unlock new creative possibilities while maintaining exceptional craft and brand quality.
  • Strong line management experience, with a track record of developing, motivating and retaining high-performing multidisciplinary creative teams.
